Henery Pelle is not only one of the most respected producers in Mentou-Salon, he was one of the first. Just west of Sancerre, you will find the same limestone soils and wonderful climate for Sauvignon Blanc, but at a much friendlier price. It's a third generation family winery with 75 organically farmed acres. All wines are gravity pressed and fermented with native yeasts.
